Improve Your Home Routine

Practicing social distancing or self-quarantine? Take this opportunity to be especially meticulous with your home hygiene. Brush regularly with fluoride toothpaste and a soft-bristle brush, floss, and use mouthwash every day. You can even try to brush your teeth after every meal, not just twice a day. Is your routine already especially thorough? When you are bored and alone at home it can be tempting to snack on unhealthy food. Processed sugars in junk foods are one of the leading causes of tooth decay. Rather than candy or chips, try snacking on mouth-healthy celery or cheese.
