What Is Medical Billing?
Coastal Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry is approved to request access to our patients’ healthcare benefits as payment for the placement of dental implants, when considered necessary for your overall health and wellness. In the case of a traumatic accident or disease such as oral cancer, health insurance may provide some coverage for rebuilding your smile.
How much will medical billing cover for my implants?
We will work with your healthcare benefits provider to determine the portion of cost that may be covered for your treatment plan. The amount covered is also dependent upon your health insurance plan’s deductible structure.
Are dental implant costs tax-deductible?
Yes! Patients who itemize are able to deduct these expenses according to IRS Topic No. 502. Another reason to improve your quality of life- missing teeth can greatly reduce your ability to enjoy health and wellness.
Do you accept all types of health insurance for medical billing?
Currently we only work with Anthem BCBS for medical billing. As this expands we will update our website.
